Sandra D. Elder, MD

Dr. Elder is a summa cum laude and Phi Kappa Phi graduate of the University of Rhode Island College of Pharmacy and is licensed as a registered pharmacist. She also earned the Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ - New Jersey Medical School, in 1988, where she earned membership into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society.

Dr. Elder completed an internal medicine internship at St. Luke's Hospital, New York, NY, and a dermatology residency at MCP Hahnemann University, serving as chief resident during her final year. She has also completed additional training in the use of lasers for skin resurfacing, as well as tattoo, age spot, leg vein and hair removal.

Dr. Elder is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Dermatology at Drexel University in Philadelphia. She is also a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. Dr Elder has been named SJ Magazine's Top Doc and South Jersey Magazine's Top Physician consistently from 2004 through this year.  With over 18 years of medical practice, Dr. Elder's clinical and research experience provides her patients with the most advanced procedures in cosmetic dermatology.

Donna  C. Pouliot,  Office Manager and Skin Care Specialist

A summa cum laude graduate with a bachelor of science from the University of Bridgeport, CT, Donna is our resident medically certified skin care specialist.  Her extensive background as a cosmeceutical technician has provided her with the training and experience to evaluate your skin and build a skin care program using the latest in technologically advanced ingredients to improve your skin. Donna also has extensive knowledge of the many different fillers and laser treatments to give our patients a more youthful appearance. 

She has been certified in microdermabrasion treatment since 1999 and uses the MegaPeel program as well Glycolic Acid Peels for skin rejuvenation. 

Natalie B. Louick,  Licensed Esthetician

Natalie is a board-certified aesthetician in the state of New Jersey and has been practicing for over 12 years.She graduated from P&B Cosmetology in Gloucester City,with her NJ aesthetic license.She went on to work in the medical aesthetic field furthering her knowledge of medical ingredients and more aggressive techniques to offer-results oriented skin care treatments.
